Following a recent fitting at Bare Necessities I purchased the Prima Donna Twist I Do. I'm really pleased I made this investment as I've struggled to find a well fitting maternity bra since the latter part of my pregnancy. The bra is firstly very pretty (unusual for nursing bras!) and the unique feature of front opening cups with supportive lace panels being means you expose minimal breast tissue when feeding and the lace actually helps with breast shaping and I get a good latch every time. Although not the cheapest bra on the market, I now have a very pretty, practical and well fitting bra which is an asset to my breast feeding journey.

Having intentionally lost over 2 stone all my clothes and underwear no longer fitted me ???? I’ve worn Prima Donna bras for many years but my local stockist closed down a few years ago. I found Bare Necessities on a Google search and contacted the shop. I didn’t want to go personally to the Knutsford shop due to the current Covid 19 problems so as I live fairly local to the shop Julie called round personally (fully fitted up with PE) to fit and advise me on new bras and briefs. In all she came to my house 3 times, twice with bras and briefs to try and the final time to deliver my chosen underwear. I bought Prima Donna and a new brand to me, Felina Conturelle. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchases and most especially with the personal service I received from Julie. I wholehearted recommend Bare Necessities to anyone wanting beautiful lingerie. I’d definitely order in other colours to match the light pink bra and another sugar pink Marie Jo bra that I already have.

I have always found Bare Necessities in Knutsford the only destination for gorgeous lingerie. The staff are so helpful and all the brands of the bras are top class. Have been a customer for many years, wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Great experience, I ordered on-line, but not knowing the style of bra, I ordered a size to small. I notified Jo and she immediately responded, nothing was too much trouble, she got the right size in for me and we did a straight exchange, via the post.
